MY VALENTINE BIRTHDAY
Translations available in: English (original) | French | Spanish | Italian | German | Portuguese | Swedish | Russian | Dutch | Arabic

my valentine birthday was cool, funfilled and greater beyond anyone can fathom. in fact, that was the best i ever had.

first and foremost, all glory to the author of creation who in His infinity mercy had taken me this far. Merely looking back to yesterday, i discovered that it was indeed a story, today a mystery and tomorow a gift i cant wait to have.

Not to go too far, i have in me a deep sense of appreciation for all the people who had reached out to me either in silence and scream; home and abroad. I most say you did not only make my day, but also made me speechless. In fact, your compliments (calls and messages via phone and mails)were deeply and dearly appreciated.

Thank you all for giving me a befitting and wonderful a day.

From the deep part of me once again, i say "Thank u"

How To Identify Scholarship Scams
Translations available in: English (original) | French | Spanish | Italian | German | Portuguese | Swedish | Russian | Dutch | Arabic

Scholarship Scams
If you have to pay money to get money, it's probably a scam.

Every year, several hundred thousand students and parents are defrauded by scholarship scams. The victims of these scams lose more than $100 million annually. Scam operations often imitate legitimate government agencies, grant-giving foundations, education lenders and scholarship matching services, using official-sounding names containing words like "National," "Federal," "Foundation," or "Administration."

This section provides advice on how to identify such scholarship scams, how to distinguish between legitimate and fraudulent organizations, how to protect yourself from scholarship scams; and what to do if you are scammed.

In general, be wary of scholarships with an application fee, scholarship matching services who guarantee success, advance-fee loan scams and sales pitches disguised as financial aid "seminars".

To be continued next blog.

Thank you

A Joke
Translations available in: English (original) | French | Spanish | Italian | German | Portuguese | Swedish | Russian | Dutch | Arabic

I am very sure you will laugh you if you could just try and take little of your valuable time to read this joke. In the meanwhile, please note that this joke is not just met to amuse anyone but to call everyone to consciousness once again, since it seems we forget so soon the most important message.

I received this joke from a friend on facebook. Since then, I have been making all efforts to share it with everyone, especially my love ones: “YOU” being first on the list, then my siblings and family, colleagues and forms of love ones as I am limited to mention now. I also believe that you will do the same by sharing this joke with your love ones too, with a view of cautioning and sensitize them to dangers in carefree and casual sex.

It goes thus:

“A pretty girl went to church, to make a confession to a priest, and the man asked her what the matter is? She then said my boyfriend did something bad to me. The pastor now kissed her and asked did he do this to you? she said no. He hugged her and said did he do this to you? She said no. He now pulled off her cloth and said did he do this to you. She said no. He now made love to her and said did he do this to you? She said no. Then he now asked what is the thing he did that is making you to be crying? Then the girl said he gave me AIDS! The priest then fainted.”

LAUGHING? ....ho-ho-ho! Just like me, I could not help myself laughing when I read it too. Let’s accept that the Priest used in the joke was just a case study as it could be anyone. But come to think of it, don’t you think it would be very fatal if we fail to realize the dangers in being fond of taking advantage of others, most especially opposite sex; engaging them in “just like that sexual activities” or whatever name you call it? In spite of all the calls echoing everywhere on earth “HIV IS REAL! ”; and pleading voices that never halt “PLAY SAVE AND STOP HIV”. Anyway, just in case we have forgot to remind ourselves and love ones that HIV is real, This is another to call reminding us to please save the world by saving ourselves first.

Nevertheless, I had wondered severe times without a direct answer to each rhetorical question I asked myself. In fact, it pricks my heart beyond anyone can imagine each time I ask, even to this present time of posting this joke. I had asked why anyone at any point in life should think that having HIV is the end of the world just like the Priest that fainted in the joke. Phew! It is not. People with HIV live a normal live and do great exploit in the world. So, i urge everyone to stop stigmatizing !

Please, pray this prayer, Oh God My Father, I need u, come into my heart and teach me the ways to go always. Amen
